When I started my business my mission was simple: to help older adults and their families navigate the important decisions we all face as we age. As an experienced advisor, former corporate senior living professional, and your personal Age Ambassador, I've had the privilege of guiding well over a thousand older adults and their families - listening to what brings them joy and what keeps them up at night. 

I'm Helen Hames, A Certified Senior Advisor and founder of Age Ambassador. My experience in the corporate senior living industry across five states, gave me firsthand insight into the complexities of aging from the challenges families face to the inter workings of care communities.  I now use that expertise to guide you through your unique journey, always prioritizing your preferences, values and peace of mind.
